  8. K1  -Dioptric value of the meridian 
  9.         closest to 180 and the axis
  10. K2  -Dioptric value of the meridian 
  11.        closest to 90 and the axis
  12. Delta K -difference in two readings 
  13.                and axis 
  14.                (corneal astigmatism)
  15. Reference -Ground means the 
  16.                     readings were taken 
  17.                     with the patient upright
  18.                   -Handle means the handle 
  19.                     was tilted more than 15 degrees from vertical and      
  20.                     corrected for or the instrument was manually set to   
  21.                     correct for any tilt.
  22. Base 1 and Base 2 -conversion of the dioptric values to millimeters of radius.
